Have you ever found yourself stuck? Stuck in a deep, dark valley with mountains on every side, with little to no gear to get through the rugged, steep terrain?

Maybe you didn’t see those mountains up ahead as you wandered through life’s journey.  Or maybe you did, but at the time it seemed you would be able to find your way up and over them with no problem.  Nevertheless, you found yourself in that situation and no matter where you look, you are surrounded on all sides.  You can no longer see your destination. You’re tired.  You’ve been traveling and hiking for a long time.  You’ve realized you weren’t as prepared as you thought you would be and aren’t sure what your next move should be.

It’s at this time you realize you need to regroup.  It’s at this time you welcome the discovery of an old shanty and the resident guide, offering to equip you with the necessary gear to continue your trek.  It’s at this time you find yourself standing at The Valley’s Edge.

“What lies behind us and what lies before us are tiny matters compared to what lies within us.” – Ralph Waldo Emerson
